What we liked in Micromax A110
- The camera is decent, Choose the camera mode yourself and it’s better snapper than most budget phones. The Auto mode is not been able to take excellent pictures (normal in budget phones)
- Due to superior build quality Micromax Canvas 2 feels like a premium phone in hand. it’s textured back, curved edges, surprisingly light, make it easier to hold in hand.
- The Micormax A110 has a big 2000mAh battery, so you can use this phone throughout the day with single recharge. It lasted 15 hours in our test, we streamed on YouTube, played 3G games, used GPS and navigation, lots of browsing and reading, some phone calls, and a couple of hours of music.
- The IPS screen provides clear visibility in sunlight and good viewing angles, making this the budget phone to buy if you want a large screen to read or browse on commutes.
What we don’t like in Micromax A110
- Micromax A110 has a poor user interface. Games like Subway Surfer struggled on this phone, which ran fine on other phones with the similar processor.
- We felt lag while multi tasking between several heavy apps.
- Loudspeaker Volume in this phone is too low and the sound quality is quite bad. This phone doesn’t provide Good talking music experience.
- Wireless Receiving antenna is weak, due to this it drops call frequently and failing to get 3G signal in weak signal points where other phones performed better than Micromax A110.
- The phone never lies down flat as camera let is out at the back of the phone, so the lens will be scratched very easily.
